We had an amazing experience with Yuma Home Solutions! They tiled our entire house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment Carlos showed up to give us an estimate, everything was professional, smooth, and stress-free. The tile crew did a fantastic job detail oriented, respectful, and efficient. Had them come out to a rental property to help salvage some abused carpet. Carpet is only three years old and they were able to repair and clean up the mess left behind by the renters. Saved us from a much higher bill.

Wish I could give no stars, made a reservation on their website, got the confirmation email. Called the next day to confirm the reservation, after we moved all our furniture, their response was. “Ohh sorry our system just books you automatically. Soonest we can go is in 4 days.” Pretty dumb when you know you have an issue with your booking provider and do nothing to fix it. Update: no worries, was able to get Sam’s Mobile Washing and Carpet cleaning to stop by and get the job done! If you know your system books people and confirms appointments automatically, you should probably get that fixed, just saying. Also you are lying about offering a discount. Honestly that would have been even more annoying to me, like a discount was supposed to give me back my wasted time.
