YUSSUFF REPAIRS LLC

We had Yusuf out to repair our dryer and he had to return for one other issue. He returned quickly within 20 minutes of my telephone call. He is very courteous, professional and efficient and I would use him again and again and again thanks so much.

This is the second time our dishwasher was serviced by Yussuff and his company, and both times the experience was excellent. Very professional and kind. They fixed the problem, offered helpful suggestions on how to prevent future issues, and even went beyond their company’s responsibility (the service was initiated through our warranty). Highly recommended.

Yusuf was sent out by our warranty company (Cinch) after the first repairman they sent was unable to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher. Yusuf stayed for a few minutes and then said that he was going to "check the codes" and let Cinch know what the issue was. Instead, he told them there was no issue and that the dishwasher was fine, even though it runs for a few minutes and stops. They consequently closed the case and screwed us out of repairing our broken dishwasher.

Yussuff was assigned to me through my appliances warranty company to look at a broken washer machine. He came soon after, diagnosed it needed new parts. When parts arrived he went out of his way to prioritize me so I didn’t have to go without a washer too long. Great service and repair done seamlessly!

Super unprofessional. Came out to fix our washer and started complaining about us having dogs the minute they walked in the door. Said they couldn’t fix our washer because it was “full of dog hair” which is 100% not true. We have two dogs and a house cleaner that cleans every week. They also got us disqualified from our warranty for excessive dog hair. So if you have dogs, don’t call them!! Edited to add: leaking was not the reason for the call - the motor isn’t working.
