This was definitely the best experience I’ve had with any services. Mr Z was very polite and professional, came on time and went straight to work. What really impressed me from the very first encounter was without even asking, he put on the shoe covers for when he could work. Most people just walk in with their shoes, or ask if you want them to put it on. Just shows you the respect he shows to all of his clients! After that, he brought out these little plastic corner covers that you wouldn’t even think of. They were to protect my corners on the turns of my stairs! I was already impressed by his service and the care he put into preparing to clean my carpets, but this was on another level of customer service! THEN he pulls out this orange thing and I’m wondering what is he up to now comes a

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job on my white carpet. They knew I needed to move a piece of furniture and, without my asking, they moved it for me. Very above and beyond. When they were all done, I asked about raking and they came in and raked all the carpet. The price was very fair. I highly recommend and will never use anyone else again.

We moved into a new house of ours but couldn't be comfortable due to the allergies my family and I had from the pets of the previous tenant. We got in touch with Z cleaners and it took the guy only one day to clean both the top and bottom floor, the carpet smelled BRAND NEW!! Most importantly, we could sleep peacefully in our own bedrooms. I would recommend this company to anyone with pet allergies or looking for a thoroughly cleaned carpets!
