Have called them multiple times and cannot get anyone on the phone at all. I live pretty far away and don’t wanna make a drive to the store if they don’t have what I need. Pretty unacceptable.

Excellent customer service, complimentary water tests. I've been a Zagerd customer for years, and they are top notch. Associates were professional and knowledgeable about pool chemicals. After a quick test, my associate knew exactly what I needed, where it was, and gave me instructions. Highly recommended for your pool chemical needs. Accurate customer records so they can easily pull up my pool info and know what I need, and how much. I appreciate the service and excellence.

We had a great experience a few years ago buying parts at Zagers for a old hot tub, so when we wanted a new spa, we went there to see what was available. Alli was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit. No pressure, just lots of friendly information along with brochures and contact info. We shopped all around Grand Rapids and no other business came close to the selection, quality, or customer interactions, so we went right back to Zagers. After a couple of visits, many questions and emails, and a wet test, we finally decided to purchase on a Saturday. The following Monday, the day the Stay Home order was announced, I was sure we would not receive our new spa for weeks, if not months. Alli called and said they were going to try whatever they could to deliver to us by the midnight
