The two-zone system was installed without a bypass vent, which created unnecessary vent noise; the air handler arrived bent; the wiring was messy; and some of the new ductwork was left with sharp, exposed screws and unconventional exhaust venting that raised safety concerns.

Ray and his two guys changed my full HVAC system, as it was failing to work after 20 years of usage.
