I have rental properties in Rochester and I actually live out of town. I’ve used Zander and two occasions to install new roofs and gutters. I have been verify satisfied with the work. They have kept me updated and sent pictures of the jobs. Zander is on my list of contractors for further work.

Rosa and Alex were wonderful to work with. Communication was great. They were thorough throughout the process, explaining what needed to done. Their crew was able to complete fairly extensive work in one day. Highly recommend their service.

Zander came over immediately after I had a neighbors tree fall on my shed and put a hole in the roof. They repaired the damage and replaced the entire roof for a very reasonable price. When they started the job, they were done in 1 day. They were awesome, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

The quality of the work was exceptional. Zander repaired significant water damage and installed a new roof(complete tear off). I could not be happier with the end result and their communication throughout the project. Highly recommend

When you hire Alex and his crew you take out the salesman and subcontractors and work directly with him and his company from beginning to end .Don't be surprise when the price lower than expected but without having to pay commission and subcontractor they are able to provide high quality at an affordable value.
