More pluses than any box store. Easy to help! Eager to give advice on products. Wide selection of products even ones no other box store has. The store is neatly organized with wide aisles. Lighting is excellent. Department for repairs for lamps, household appliances, replacing electrical cords, etc. I am amazed that such expert repair services are so readily available. My chandelier was going to need to be replaced but the damaged electrical supply was repaired saving me on having to replace the whole thing. Next I'll be bring my vacuum for a frayed cord replacement. This is the first place I'll always look for repair work. I like fix and forget buying new. Enough thing go into landfill these days.

Dropped a piece of equipment off to get serviced or checked to see if it should be replaced via the original company, and we're thankful enough for that availability locally. Returned today to pick up some of the things we had dropped off, and really couldn't ask for better service. Was helped quickly, professionally, and while I waited for just a couple of minutes while the employee made a call to the company regarding my item, two more employees passing by, busy with other things, stopped to make sure I'd been helped. I really appreciate this amount of attention to customer needs.

I would definitely not recommend giving business to this store. Went in to have a key made and he wasn't polite on telling he don't do that, you WON'T because you want to sell the key at 10X the cost. If you want a key made I suggest you all go to Beloit ace hardware. I drove up after left this oompa loompa and they made me a copy in a few minutes for under 3.00. They CARE about there customers and making business not chasing it away cause they want to STEAL your money for his greed.

A well stocked "Old school" hardware store, where you can buy specific parts for repair & not be gouged price wise. Highly recommend.
