Zeh Plumbing Heating and Cooling

I interviewed 3 companies to replace my gas furnace, gas hot water heater and add a heat pump. The Zeh rep, Josh, seemed to me to be the most knowledgeable, farsighted, ethical and confident. Their quote was very reasonable. Today they finished the work and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew worked nonstop while they were here, they were very polite, safety minded and gave generous time to review everything. They took cleaning up after themselves seriously. Zeh was recommended by a friend of mine, and I'm so glad that she did.

I only write reviews if something unexpectedly good or unexpectedly bad happens. Happily, I am writing about a wonderful experience I had with Jennifer, Gene, and James from Zeh Plumbing in Waynesboro. My heat went out on Thanksgiving evening – the start of a streak of the coldest temperatures of the season so far. They were here the next day on a major holiday weekend. Of course, everything was working perfectly when the experts showed up, but I was told to call again if the system failed. Like I knew it would, fifteen minutes after Gene left, the system failed. Jennifer dispatched Gene, who was back at my house within half an hour. He was quickly able to diagnose and temporarily bypass the problem so I could have uninterrupted heat until a part could be ordered. James came out th

Heat pump stopped working 12/26. Called and technician arrived about 2 hours later. I knew I was the second stop so no problem. He diagnosed problem and fixed it. I highly recommend them. Used them when I lived in the area before. Excellent work always.

Really professional work starting with Josh. Josh reviewed my old system inside and out. He came by twice that day, once to flip a switch under the house that the previous hvac guy doing an estimate turned off and left off by mistake. Timing made it look like Josh may have flipped something, but he came back within an hour and showed me where the previous estimate had done this. That showed me that Zeh would stand behind their work, even making sure that Josh did not cause the problem. I dealt with Jen in the office and she was always really helpful getting questions to Josh as the job was getting closer. Josh would get back within hours with an answer and Jen would relay. We've been ZEH customers for 5+ years dating back to when they installed a new gas furnace and AC unit to replace our existing unit that was over 20 years old.
