Zehr Heating & Air Conditioning

Don't waste your time trying to call Zehr's to get your furnace serviced. We scheduled an appointment with them in September and they were a no-show, no-call. Finally got hold of them and they told us there was some "emergency" with a business customer that all of their techs were attending and they needed to reschedule us. Okay, if legitimate, that's understandable ... except the soonest appointment was for December and once again, they are a no-show, no-call and nobody even answers their business phone or their emergency number! Will not be wasting my time with this business again and will recommend others don't. My employer, who has been a business customer of Zehr's for years, will be changing to a different provider also. I wish I could give less than one star. 1st we had an appointment with them to get our unit checked out so we miss work and wait forever for them to show. They never show after some time and we call and the lady that answers is very unprofessional and doesn't even attempt to make anything right. I asked her to talk to the tech and see if he could make it right for us. She says she would call us back. Meanwhile we are dying from no air conditioning in the middle of summer. Never received a call back and after calling around we found much better service and pricing. Bottom line is don't waste time with this place.

We have used Zehr's several times in the past and had all great service. They replaced parts on a furnace for me and replaced a whole furnace for my parents. We have found them to be a local, honest and family owned business. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

No call, no show, had an appointment, no one showed up or called. I ended up calling to see what happen and they said they would call back. No call received. Do not recommend. Their loss when I’m looking to get a whole system installed in my house.

Had these guys come out to look my heating system over after buying a home. the guy came out an hour and a half late. he didn't tell me a thing i didn't know already. in fact the first words were "i have no idea". i was not happy to have taken the day off work to meet the guy. i shouldn't have paid him, but i lost $90 for nothing.
