Zen Air Heating and Cooling

We had a wonderful experience with Zen Air. Everyone that we dealt with on the Zen Air team (Eddie, Hugh, Jordan, Miguel, Brandon, and Andy) were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Whenever we have had questions and concerns they have always handled everything with urgency and professionalism. We had a very involved job and they took care of it in a very timely manner. Upon moving into our new home, we discovered that we needed a new furnace and other repairs to our HVAC system. We had a great experience with Jordan, who completed the job in an expert manner, with extra attention to detail. When he took the old system apart, mold was discovered on some of the parts, and he suggested enhancing the system with an ultraviolet light and air scrubber that we ended up incorporating to avoid this problem in the future. We were especially pleased with his workmanship in cutting through our sheetrock to install another duct vent in a high visibility area!
