We bought our 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in 2002. After 15 years, it needed some upgrades! First, we needed more living space for our family. Zenovation converted our unfinished basement into a warm, comfortable space with two addtional bedrooms, a full bathroom, rumpus room, bonus guest room, finished laundry and copious storage. Along the way we upgraded to a new high-efficiency furnace, new ducting, tankless on-demand water heater, new electrical panel, and updated wiring and plumbing. Next we tackled the upstairs living space. Zenovation gutted and remodeled our kitchen, converted our old upstairs bathroom into a work of art, and managed the refinishing of our hardwood floors. Throughout this complex and sometimes maddening process, Zenovation maintained remarkable professionalism.
