Zephyr Plumbing

Had a great experience with Zephyr. They were booked out a bit but thankfully wasn't an emergency situation. Herman showed up right on time and was really helpful explaining things with our thankless water heater. Serviced it and explained what he found, including pictures. Very reasonably priced and happy with the experience.

I called a few times this morning as our water heater went out and Zephyr originally installed. The answering system was confusing and I got a voicemail each time. I decided to go in in person because I wasn’t sure I reached the correct extension. They were pleasant enough in person but no one was on a phone and I didn’t quite understand why my call wouldn’t have been answered earlier, but decided it could have been bad timing. Nope. Just horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt and got a text regarding it. We had a lot of questions and it wasn’t efficient or helpful to text at that point. Requested a phone call multiple times and just got texts instead that didn’t answer the questions asked. The conversation was both useless and exhausting. We scheduled to have our water heater inspe
