Mike was our technician. He was very friendly, communicated his estimated arrival time and even called to see if he could come earlier. Mike did a great job of explaining why we needed certain treatments in certain rooms vs others. He showed me things as he was cleaning and called me over to look at the progress of every room. Mike was efficient and he was finished in the amount of time he estimated it would take him. We’re moving out of state so we can’t call this local branch the next time we need to use ZeroRez, but we will use them again. This is the second time we have used them and each time we have had a top notch tech, who is super friendly and not creepy (sorry, but my fellow ladies will understand what I mean) and does a great job. Excellent carpet cleaning services, especially for pets. They expertly target problem areas to ensure they’re thoroughly cleaned. I really appreciate the fan set up so main rooms dry quicker.

I highly recommend this company and more specifically Jake. He worked his butt off scrubbing each and every difficult spot. I am simply amazed at the results, the professional service, and high quality that I received.
