Austin and Brian were absolutely fantastic. Austin did an incredible job on the carpets, which now look noticeably cleaner and fresher, and Brian completely transformed the air ducts. They were thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The ducts are no longer full of dog hair from the previous owner, which was such a relief. I am extremely happy with Zerorez, but most impressed with the people they employ. Austin and Brian were outstanding, and I would request them again without hesitation.

Told them via phone my 3rd bedroom was on the 3rd floor. They showed up but their line didn’t reach to do the third floor. My price was not adjusted and was told I would actually pay more for less rooms. And if customer satisfaction was important, I would’ve removed the charge for the steps which they charge almost $65 just for the steps. I get my carpets cleaned at least 2 to 3 times a year, but I usually use Stanley steamer. They didn’t have a promotion going this time so I tried Zerorez. Won’t do it again nor I would recommend.

Prompt, efficient, honest and reliable. Was referred to me and I put my stamp Of approval to recommend their services. Loved how he provided before and after pics. Great experience all around. We had the tile/grout and carpet cleaned. Easy payment process.

Had them wash a silk area rug. Was told that the high traffic areas would lighten and that it might not come back perfect but would be improved. Rug came back looking exactly the same as when it left. Not convinced they even cleaned it. Charged 350 plus a pickup charge for absolutely nothing. Guy who dropped it off said if I called the manager he thought they would send someone out to attempt to clean it in place. Left two messages for manager and never recieved a call back. Would not recommend using them to clean area rugs.
