Although they were able to schedule my service quickly, and the tech was nice, I am disappointed with the quality of the service and poor customer service. I will not hire them again and will not recommend them to anyone. They quoted me $231 for 4 rooms (they were running “a special”), plus a $38 service fee, and then when they got here, the tech said I needed a $90 treatment for my stairs, so I paid that in addition to the base price. The tech was only here for 40 min, and was responsible for cleaning 3 bedrooms plus a flight of stairs, so I’m not surprised the quality was poor- he needed more time to do a better job. Luis was very helpful and made the experience so delightful. For months i would try to scrub my stairs on my own, with no success. With 30 min luis was able to make my stairs look brand new. So thankful and would recommend the service to anyone

Zero-customer service. I had the worst possible experience with this company. They came out to clean my kitchen tile on Saturday and left the tile in a dirtier state than when they arrived, with greasy cleaning chemical residue and clumps of dirt remaining on the tile. Since they are closed on Sunday, I was forced to clean up their mess myself after paying them close to $600 to do the job. They offered no apology and refused to provide any form of compensation for the fact that I was forced to complete the job myself. They simply expected me to wait the entire weekend with a greasy floor so that they could have an opportunity to clean it at a time convenient for themselves. If you do decide to use Zerorez, be sure to schedule a weekday appointment, otherwise you may get stuck with a filth
