Remi & Jesse were so amazing from start to finish. They were very thorough & tolerated my little ankle bitter as she barked in the cage! Lol, but they were quick efficient & made sure I understood the entire process. I thought it was going to be longer & noisy & they proved me wrong. Very professional crew. They clearly explained what Options I had on each area being cleaned, the pricing, what to expect on some of the ground in dirt areas and pet stains, etc. and felt well informed before deciding on the final contract. I was able to inspect them after each area was done to ensure I was satisfied. The carpets turned out better than expected. The crew even made sure everything was tidy during and after they completed the work. I would use Zerorez again without hesitation.

My technician was very informative and friendly. Explained additional services but didn’t pressure me into them, which I very much appreciate. My carpets look great. Will use them again.
