We recently had our roof replaced with Zia Roofing and Gutters! We highly recommend this company because of their quality work and exceptional customer service! Their project manager Brittany Gutierrez was fantastic! From our first meeting at a home show, to scheduling a appointment to scope our roof and make a estimate, then addressing our concerns about replacing sections of plywood that had water damage, and finally seeing the job through, she was awesome! This is my one year update for my Zia metal roof. I must say that the new roof exceeded my expectations especially when it came to my first summer heat. I don’t use my swamp cooler and yet my home stayed cooler than usual. It’s like the metal roof tightened up the entire house making it a bit quieter. The metal roof definitely handles the wind better. I wish I would’ve done this 20 years ago.

10 stars all around! The crew was so awesome and very aware and careful for my family and dogs while working. The Project manager John Sanchez always checked up on us to assist or accommodate in anyway. The owner even stopped by to say hi and to thank us for using their service. I upgraded from shingle to metal and it looks AMAZING! Best part is they helped me get it through my insurance, I didn't have to pay for my new awesome roof... insurance did. I am happy and thankful they stopped and knocked on my door.. THANK YOU ZIA ROOFING!
