Zero customer service. Doesn't return calls or perform follow through. Whoever runs their office plays "Queen of the Hill" and only responds when she feels like it. It's also really funny that she gave her own company 5 stars, ethics anyone?

Cathy is a blight on what may otherwise be a good company. She never answers the phone - I called from outside their office more than once since she wouldn’t answer, she lets it go to voicemail, I go in the office and she’s sitting at her desk playing on her cell phone. Doesn’t return phone calls and doesn’t follow up when she says she will. She never has any clue as to what’s going on. The actual guys doing the work were good guys. They left the job half done at 3p sharp though - so don’t expect any long days. Funny how she gave herself a 5 star review. The last thing she said to me was ‘welcome to fond du lac’ that this is how it is here. As if she was proud of her horrid service. I wish you could give negative stars.

Worst customer service I have EVER had!! They cancelled on me 3 Times!!! Twice I called to find out if anyone was coming, and was told "no, they are caught up on another job". No apologies for cancelling on me, when I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate them!! They were reccomend to me by a satisfied customer. However, I will NEVER reccomend them to anyone else. I did give them the benefit of the doubt and took off a day of work to still use their services and Scott was Great, too bad I can't say the same for their customer service!!

They are amazing! Last winter super busy during the cold spell, as soon as I said I just had a baby, they were here quick to fix my furnace. Couldn't be happier with the service my family ways gets. My family has been customers for over twenty years.

Called at 8:00 at night they called me back fixed my air conditioning by 9:00 the next morning. It was hot and humid out thanks to Ziegelbaurs Fast response and Action I didn't have to suffer from Hot Humid Heat. I Highly recommend them. Very professional and polite Great Service. 👍
