We had Zigmund replace our roof a year and a half ago, and we were very pleased with the job Jason and his crew did on our home. They were timely, respectful, and made a real effort to contain the mess despite the crazy wind we had that week. About 4 months after having our roof done, we had that massive hail storm in the area and I was so relieved that there was next to no signs of damage, it held up great. Now a year and a half on, we have had no issues or concerns. All around a great experience for us.

Our Project with Zigmund Builders and Roofers was to detect a Roof Leak in our Condominium. Mr. Stephen Crawford, Owner, responded to our request in a Timely Manner. His employees were “On Time”, were “Very Polite” and “Explained” the steps involved in conducting a Water Leak Test. Mr. Crawford sent us a written report with photographs along with a quote on repairs needed to fix the Roof Leak within @72 hours of the completion of the Water Leak Test. He also communicated with us to ensure we were satisfied with his Report. We recommend Zigmund Builders and Roofers to any Owner or Company in Central Florida. I contacted Zigmund after sustaining wind/water damage on an aging tile roof. They provided the lowest cost estimate for a complete shingle re-roof and interior repair. Their crews were professional, punctual and took pride in their work. The entire turnaround time from signing the contract to completed repairs was also only one month. Overall I'm happy with the job they've done and will be recommending them to anyone who needs it.

Our project involved repairing concrete window sills, installing some new impact windows and repairing stucco. The project proceeded very smoothly and professionally. Kurt, Orlando and Donnie did a great job on-site. Clean-up was very good. Everyone in the company from Larry, Steve, Kurt, Orlando, Donnie, Angie and Dylan did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said. Great group with which to work. Work completed in a timely manner and on budget.
