Zinsel Glass & Mirror

Thanks to Zinsel Glass for coming out so quickly and replacing my windshield. Two guys came out and they were extremely friendly and did a great job.

Brand new windshield. Waited 3 weeks for windshield. Get it installed see the imperfections call and send pics the manager sees nothing wrong in the pictures as if she is blind. Will not replace or warranty bc she sees nothing. How can you not see this? Wants to take her own pictures. They don’t back up products. Go else where. They were recommended by the dealer. Says I will never have a perfect windshield like I’ve never owned new cars with perfect windshield. Terrible terrible service from the manager. Very frustrated people take your money and say oh well. How do we know this will never cause problems? How do we know it won’t spread? She seems to be a know it all by all means who also needs her eyes checked! I was initially worried the job would be difficult, but it turned out to be a smooth and easy process. They quickly found the right bronze-colored glass and expertly replaced an 11-foot tall window on the second floor, even in a tricky location. Highly recommend!

Easy company to work with. I was recommended to use them by the service guy at Volvo after I got a small chip. I called in the afternoon and the tech, JP, was at my house before 9AM the next day. He did a great job on the repair and I'm glad I didn't need to buy a new windshield.
