I was locked out of my house and it was freezing cold. I had already had a terrible morning so this was icing on the cake! The Zionsville Police Department recommended I contact Zionsville Locksmith and Safe. He was extremely responsive, quick to arrive and was able to re-key my door immediately. I highly recommend.

The tech was incredibly rude and cursed at me multiple times. He demanded payment before unlocking my car and surprise surpise my wallet was locked in my car as well. I ended up finding a far cheaper lock smith to unlock my car. I will never use this company again. I have worked in the customer service industry for years and it takes a lot to get me to write a negative review, but this experience warrented it

Came out next day (non-emergency) to open our shed that we mistakenly locked the keys in. Made us a spare. Quick, absolutely no issues. Buy local, especially in difficult times.

Lightning fast response time! I called and literally 30 minutes later my lock was rekeyed and the job was done. I'm very satisfied and like knowing I supported a local business!
