I had the shingled part of my roof replaced in 2017 by ZK Contracting and was very happy with the job. So when I started having issues with the flatroof section I called them out again. They found the issues and repaired them and added a new aluminum coating to the entire flat section. Both times they have done an amazing job and I expect to be happy with the newest work as the old work us still holding strong six years later.

ZK contracting was not only extremely professional but also very accommodating when it came to scheduling. The quality of the work is top tier, area was cleaned, treated, and repaired as discussed. Have not had a single drop of water since the roof drain flange repair and re coating of the membrane. Iqbal the owner is very easy to work with and his pricing was reasonable.
