If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been completely unreliable — they scheduled visits and never showed up. We received a proposal for specific work, but when their team arrived, they serviced something entirely different. Communication has been a major issue, particularly with the receptionist, who repeatedly failed to relay messages accurately. While the technicians themselves were polite, the overall experience felt disorganized and overpriced. We will not be using their services again.

Unprofessional form of doing business. Will stop servicing their work and responding to you when they feel like it. Many other companies that perform in a professional manner.
