Zoom Drain

Bart was excellent. He was on time, very courteous, and respectful. He came three times because of the work that was needed to clear the drain and replace galvanized pipe which broke apart. He explained everything to me as he was working. Kevin was also amazing. He kept me updated with texts. I received a mailing for sewer line coverage. I asked Kevin about it. Kevin read the information on the coverage and explained that my home insurance may provide coverage. He came back to my house and spoke to my home insurance company. Kevin lives in the area and offered to be a resource for other home repairs. It was heartening to meet Kevin and Bart especially at this time in our country.

I paid over $700 for this company to pull a toilet and snake a clogged sewer line. Clean up was not included in the service. They did unclog the line but I just found that the $700 they charged is outrageous after talking to some friends. You can find company that charges less than $100 to do this job. Also, this company refuses to give price over the phone. They charge a flat diagnostic fee to come out then will tell you the price at the spot. Even if you tell them exactly what the problem is, in my case, to snake a main line from the toilet for a certain distance, they refuse to give price over the phone. But after they arrive, they pull up a pricing list for various services and one is unclog sewer line for up to 100' which is what I needed. This refusal to provide pricing when owner

Bart was very professional. He kept us informed of everything he was doing. He was also very neat. He unclogged our tub and then showed us how well the water drained after he fixed it. It was a pleasure meeting him! We will definitely call Zoom Drain if we have any new problems in the future.

I can't begin to say enough good things about Zoom Drain and my technician Bart. In this nasty cold something broke in my tub's pipes causing the water to run full force. After accessing the pipes I found the shutoff valves seized. I had to shut off the whole house's water, to tenants too. Zoom Drain came quickly to shut off the water to my tub so that I could turn on the rest of the water and scheduled an appointment to return to fix the piping. My pipe issue turned out to be a quite involved nightmare situation. Bart fought with my complicated setup, figuring out what would work to resolve things. We had a drain clog in our master bathroom. Bart did an excellent job! He explained how the snake would work to remove any excess hair or debris in the trap or beyond in the pipes. He removed a decent sized clump of hair. The water was run for a sufficient time to ensure that the water drained properly, which it did. We highly recommend choosing Zoom Drain!
