Adam did a great job installing our Christmas lights and took the time needed to do it right. I’ve had other companies do this and they were focused on speed and left trash all over my yard and had lights that were out after the initial install. Highly recommend Zoom Overhead Door.

After collecting the down payment for a new door, motor and keypad the customer service completely stopped. Had multiple issues with installation. Installer left multiple things loose, and the keypad never worked correctly. Installer came back out once, and did not attempt to fix the problems, said he would come back when he had more time. After that exchange I never got a return phone call. Had to pay another company to come out and fix my brand new door, motor, and replace the brand new keypad. Don't give your hard earned money to someone who will take advantage of you after they earn your trust.

If I could give less than one star I would. Adam Madden the owner of this company started our business transaction very helpful but that quickly changed. We decided on a set of garage doors made a deposit and had him order the doors. Some time went by and I reached out for a status update which he ignored. After reaching out multiple times over the course of several days he said “let me look into how long it will be until doors arrive” and never heard back until a few weeks later I reached out via text and phone call multiple times until finally 2 days later he told me he decided to just order the doors in white and paint them. The job was to install a aluminum wrap at my garage door. I had to call the owner Adam after the appointment time to ask if he was still coming. He had forgotten. I had rearranged my day for a missed appointment. Then he measured incorrectly so when the installer came out the piece didn't fit, leaving a pretty large gap between the trim piece and stucco. His installer agreed it wasn't right. The owner said he'd make it right. I paid for the job in full trusting he'd come back out to fix it. After multiple calls trying to get him to come back out, we finally set another appointment. He texted the morning of saying he was sick. Now he's completely ghosting my calls. This company installed multiple doors at our facility. We had to hire another company to reinstall and repair. Cost us almost 5000.00. We have a court judgement against them. They have not paid. Very pour work.Buyer beware.
