Carlos with Zuber Concrete came out to provide a bid for a new porch & repositioned walkway. He arrived promptly we had a conversation regarding the plan that we had in mind. Very good communication and in a short time he had a clear understanding of the scope of the project. He returned a bid within a few days that we decided was within our budget. We had a few other bids and he was not the least expensive but it was fair and we had confidence that he had the know how and experience to do a professional job. Carlos and his crew were here daily on time and worked diligently to remove the old porch concrete, using most of it as the base of the new expanded porch. The new walkway was developed through the existing landscape and away from the house. It required a lot of hand excavation
