We had to install a new refrigerator that needed a waterline. I was so confused about what to do…until Walter and his team came by and walked us through the process. He was nice, patient, and informative as my Elder parents asked more questions then needed. I added this to my review as it important to me that the people doing work on my house are friendly and considerate just like him and his team. After giving me an estimate on Saturday, they were there on Monday morning. Walter and his team installed a new waterline, repaired our drain line to make it up to code, and installed a new basket strainer in our sink. We contacted Walter after going through a few plumbers who were no response or unresponsive or too expensive. Walter was quick to answer our call. He was prompt and timely to our appointment. He and his team were thorough with their assessment and able to fix our ceiling/bath tub leak on the spot. He clearly explained his plan and gave me the most competitive rate. He is the qualified, smart, licensed plumber you keep in your Rolodex (I just aged myself here).
