The office staff were great to work with and very helpful. They stayed on top of things to keep the projects moving up until completion. Mariah and Amanda were most helpful with answering questions and working with the insurance adjustors regarding payments and any changes that needed to happen. I would definitely use Zykan again.

Insurance contacted for inspection of home, repairs were completed as assigned. Roof, siding, window, fascia, soffit, screens, garage door etc. I would hire these folks again even without a insurance claim. Mike is the best. They all did great jobs. Thank you! John H

Zykan had an excellent sales rep come to our home and give us the complete layout of what they offer. His name is Kaleb (yes, with a K ;), and he is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. We received fast service for hail damage to our roof and a very fast approval for replacement. Upon demo of our existing shingles we were notified that most of our plywood was less than standard and they replaced those sheets up to standard recommendations. The team in their office is very professional and we felt like priority one from start to finish! We even got to speak directly with the Vice President and he treated us like we are his number one customer! Very very satisfied! Beyond so actually! Trust in Zykan! They can do it!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN IGNORE YOU. The reception takes your calls and say they will mark your call as urgent and the team will call you back, but they don’t. They took my deposit in July 2025 saying it would be no problem to get my siding done by December. I had to call them in Sept, wondering when work will get done. On Oct 13th they dropped siding materials in my yard saying they would be there on the 15th for install…they didn’t come. They finally came on 10/20 but couldn’t do the work because the delivered materials were the wrong size and match. I had to reach out to them again, they took no responsibility but blamed the manufacturer, but they would order again and get it done before my due date of December. As of 11/18 they have not picked up the

Due to storm damage in May 2024, we needed a new roof, gutters, siding, and a few screen repairs. We asked our insurance company (AAA) to recommend a reliable company, and they suggested Zykan. We received the inspection and bid promptly in July 2024. We were provided samples to choose the roof color, but later, we were informed that the chosen color was unavailable, and we had to compromise and settle for a different one. The project was scheduled to begin in late August but was delayed until October. Before the project started, the roof materials and dumpster were delivered. Later, the roof was removed and completed in a single day. A few days later, the excess materials and dumpster were removed. Everything went smoothly, except for the color issue.
