Our experience with Brad, Joe and Sway this weekend at O2Kool was top notch quality. Brad's knowledge and professionalism was what stood out and replacing our entire old system due to age (R-22) was completed quickly and competently within a couple days after initially calling O2Kool. Brad responded immediately to every question, call, text. He and his team were respectful, timely, they explained everything, and overall, our interactions were exactly as promised. 02Kool are the best! They have looked after our airconditioning unit for a number of years. They have always been fair, reliable and they get the job done quickly! I have now replaced two aging units with them and they come support them, no questions asked! I could not recommend them more highly.

First of all I love how this place is open 24/7 Our ac was not working and it was really hot in our house. We called 2Kool and they sent Brad to our residence that same day. He was fast, and knew the situation with the ac quickly. He even went and got our part we needed and came back the same day (his wedding day may I add) so we could have cool air again in our home. I will be using 2Kool again, and I highly recommend them.

This company works 24/7 which is awesome. Our ac wasn’t putting out any cold air. Called 02Kool they sent out their technician Brad. He accessed the problem very quickly, and knew what caused it. Had us back and running in no time same day.

I had my AC quit on a 100°F + day and Brad was able to come out within a couple hours for an after hours fix. Brad quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue for a good price. Brad was very friendly and explained exactly what was broken. I plan to use 02 Kool when I need a full HVAC replacement as well. Thanks Brad!
