Love Kingsland Ace Hardware. The store is clean & well organized. It is well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. One of the employees saw me with a lost look & instantly offered assistance.

Normally everybody who works there is super friendly and helpful but, i went in today and had the lady working register 1 look at me and just ignore the fact i was standing there. Then proceeds to tell me that somebody else at a different register could help me. Well, i guess she just didnt like the looks of me and i wasnt the right gender either. Right after she told me that she checked out a gentleman. If you're not going to help customers when you work at a register maybe you should turn the sign off that way people know to go to somebody else instead of being a rude, miserable person towards somebody else.
