ACI has provided pest control services for us for nearly 20 years. They are extremely knowledgeable, as in all of that time, we have NEVER experienced any pests, and we've ALWAYS been thrilled with their service. Most recently, we needed a significant termite treatment done before workers started forming for a slab. Greg had been out a few months before to survey and quote the work, but I wasn't able to give them much notice. Greg and Derrick juggled schedules and were able to do this work the next day, a tremendous testament to the customer focus that Greg and his team have. You will not regret calling ACI!

Highly recommend! I had a lot of issues with spiders. Within 15 minutes of sweeping down webs they would re-appear. I called ACI and not only did he spray the inside and outside but removed ALL of the webs (and there was a lot of them!) - which was over and beyond what I had expected. During one of their visits, he either noticed fire ant activity or wanted to prevent any and applied fire ant bait as well for no additional charge. They call prior to my quarterly visit and arrive as scheduled. My house is now bug free and I'm super happy.

We have an issue with wood ants. Gave ACI a call and Kevin came out and sprayed for them. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was needed. We are in the waiting period to see how much success we’ve had in getting rid of them. If the treatment is successful, I will wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

ACI are true professionals!! We have been using their services for a few years now and they are always on time and their communication with what needs to be done and what does not...is a breath of fresh air. Dealing with the office and with the service technicians is simple and easy. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in the hill country.
