They kindly explained how they would help me, putting my panic at ease. They packed out everything out to their storage. I used 1-800-packouts after our house caught fire. Our agent was very nice and a great advocate considering we had no idea how to handle the situation. Everything was cleaned well, but packed up room by room and not very organized. The labels on the boxes were not all accurate, so we wouldn’t know what was in the boxes until we opened them - then it was a random mix of all kinds of stuff. By the time we got our stuff delivered to our new home, every TV was broken and my brand new leather reclining sofa was completely destroyed and in pieces. Not sure if that was Packouts or the moving company, I’m sure they would blame each other. By the end of the experience, I didn’t even have the energy to make any claims on my broken stuff. My renters insurance wasn’t the best policy, but 1-800-Packout
