We experienced severe water damage back in December 2025, and 1-800-Packouts did a phenomenal job packing 85% of all household goods in less than 48 hours. Professional, caring, on time and ensured our home was taken care during the entire process. They returned the household goods in Feb 26 & 27, 2026 without any issues. Worth the price. From pick up to drop off, their teams were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and were extremely careful with anything fragile. We called Packouts after our home flooded from a pipe bursting in the attic. I was extremely overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. A family friend recommended them and I’m so glad she did. The team that worked our claim was Katelynn, Gorge, and Fernando—and if I could leave higher than 5 stars, I would. The stress that comes with an unexpected move and displacement is a lot, but coming back home and seeing every box labeled with every item inside, down to the room it was in and the shelf it was found on… it just makes everything so much easier.
