Adam is the owner of this company out of Savannah and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an extreme leak that lead to a lot of water damage, and he came through and thoroughly inspected the extent of the damage to ensure that we wouldn’t have any mold or internal issues later. He’s honest and not out for money, but for quality work and peace of mind. Our washing machine flooded our brand new wooden floors. My husband called 1-800 Water Damage and Adam arrived in less than 30 minutes. He assessed the damage and cleaned up the water very efficiently. He also placed several fans/dehumidifiers to dry out the area to hopefully avoid having to rip up the floors. He checked in each day about the drying process and his communication was exceptional. We're so grateful for his help - he made an extremely stressful situation much easier and more manageable. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He's reliable, trustworthy, and actually cares about helping you. This kind of service is hard to find these days!
