Justin was our tech again. He installed a new hot water heater and expansion tank. He's always super kind and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently. Before he left he even helped me fix the lock on my door - since I'm a single mom and was struggling with it. I'm telling you - this tech is everything!! I even got a cute pink plunger out of the deal!!!

Showed up within a few hours of calling to schedule appointment. Dom was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. We also had a follow up with the Field Supervisor Jake who was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to us!
