Excellent service. The technician came quickly and rescued my mother-in-law from her woes. He provided a quick and inexpensive solution to get her power running again. He also provided a lot of information about long term solutions to some of her antiquated problems. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. After he left, my mother-in-law gushed about how nice he was. I will definitely be using this service for the long term solutions he suggested.

I filled out the online form for a request for service in May 2024 about a busted toilet and busted shut-off valve in an older home. I got a call at 6:30 in the morning. A technician arrived at 8:45, pleasant and professional. He had to have the parts person make up a piece to repair. Before 11 am the pipe was repaired. I'm very pleased with the service and cost. I have used a different plumber in Altoona that was on commercials and this Knisley and Sons are way better for completing a job timely and respectively. I will use Knisley and Sons again if needed. I recommend their services.

Jason, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My AC unit stopped working and I thought I’d have to wait for days but, surprisingly Knisley was able to schedule an appointment the next day! I would highly recommend this business, especially this technician…he was fantastic and explained everything he was doing and why. He was very trustworthy.

EDIT: YEAR 2 USING THEM. SAME PRICE AS LAST YEAR. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Super professional and careful. Very thorough! The price is unbeatable! I used this place for my business and they are so amazing. I would recommend knisley and sons to anyone who needs any repairs or cleaning. They are prompt and efficient! I'm just wildly impressed with the price. $214 for two split wall a/cs to be cleaned and the outside units also cleaned. Jason is a professional technician!

Yesterday evening, I had to call your emergency service because my air conditioning was not working and the company that we bought our unit from blew us off and just didn't show up to fix it. Having a 4 month old and two large dogs, 85 degrees in our house was not going to cut it. So your call center contacted your tech Sam and he called me right away and asked what he needed to. He told me he would be there in an hour and he was spot on. He got everything up and running within an hour. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He even called the day after to check on how everything was working. Outstanding job doesn't say enough. thank you and thank you Sam. you guys just gained a new customer
