Barricade fence & deck

We had a fence "constructed" by these guys earlier this year. It took months for them to get the materials and start the job after we paid them 50% of the total cost of the job. We were very patient and understanding about this, even though it ultimately caused significantly delays for us moving into our new home. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it in our case. After having a handful of discussions with Jeff to get on the same page about what we were looking for, we agreed that we needed a 6 foot privacy fence and that Jeff's team would need to do some landscaping to ensure the fence was level. These key design elements were not realized, as they did not landscape appropriately prior to starting the job, resulting in numerous peaks and valleys in the fence line, didn't build the fenc

I hired this contractor for both a fence and a deck. While initial conversations were positive and responsive, the project quickly became marked by delays and inconsistent communication after the deposit was paid. Completion required significant follow-up on my part, including threatening legal action. Unfortunately, post-installation support has been equally disappointing. Portions of the fence have been compromised by wind, and despite multiple commitments from Jeff to inspect and review the entire fence, he has failed to appear and has since stopped responding. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and am awaiting a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor. Jeff and his crew did an amazing job! They were prompt, professional and finished the job quickly. He has a great crew of friendly, courteous guys who let us know what was happening each step of the way and made sure we were completely satisfied at the completion of the project. Jeff also stopped over to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. I would highly recommend Barricade Fence and Deck!

Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with. They did an amazing job tearing down our old deck and installing our new deck. Jeff was quick to respond, making our safety a priority. They did the job in half the time expected. We have received many compliments on our deck already. Thank you to the Barricade team! We are very happy with our new deck!

They showed up on time for our bid and emailed it to us in a few days with the cost. He said it would be two weeks before they could do the work and exactly two weeks later they came on a Thursday and dug the holes ...set the posts in concrete Friday and stretched the fence Monday. Very punctual and the fence is perfect..they were so happy Finley had a play area...If I could give more than five stars I would!!!!!!
