Saw how many reviews they had all at 5 stars and immediately thought it was fake or kind of tampered with. I WAS WRONG AND THEY WERE WELL EARNED. Came next day after water tank broke. Whoever we talked to on the phone ()was knowledgeable and straight to the point also very quick to respond or call back. Gave us estimate same day after I sent some photos. Tanner was our technician that did the work. showed up early clocked in and got straight to work! Great guy super funny and had old water tank out, cut holes for new vents to outside of house and had tankless fully installed with all the gas and plumbing piping fixed before I had eaten lunch.(keep in mind our the area of install and removal was very favorable with tons of space might be longer for harder locations.) Provided the water heater, installation, and removal. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I am so happy with the work and love working with a local company. My previous tank was leaking and I upgraded to a larger one. There were no installation issues despite the house being built in 1912. Give them a call!

Good service deserves to be recognized! I originally went with a very well-known Heating and Cooling company to service a hybrid hot water tank. After the visit, they said the compressor was no good and the entire unit had to be replaced with no work around. I thought why don't I try one more company just to get a second opinion. That's when I called #1 Water Heaters. When I called, someone immediately picked up, got me on the calendar for the following day and got me scheduled with Ezra who was the tech. They were planning on coming by the to replace my hot water tank. I spoke with Michael by phone last night and scheduled my appointment for today. Daniel arrived on time and did a great job. The cost was significantly less than the plumber I used previously quoted me. Everything looks good, the area was left clean and I'm one happy customer. I would highly recommend their service.
