Omar was very professional and courteous. Very comfortable and knowledgeable to assist me in a school where the main entrance door magnetic plate was not operational. Job complete less than 30 min. Thank you and well recommended.

He tried for about 20-25 minutes and tried 3 doors and was struggling to get in. He ended up going at my door with a screwdriver and messed up my paint and damaged other conponents. I tried to call them and get it sorted out and they said they would send the same guy back to fix it when theres nothing he can do. I asked for any sort of compensation and they said they wont do that. He was also very rude over the phone. Never use these people.

I wanted to leave feedback about Omar. He did a great job helping me get my door open. At first it looked like he was having a little trouble, but he stayed patient and kept working until he got it done. I appreciate his effort and professionalism. I would use your service again if I ever need help in the future.

(DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE) This is my second review, as my first one was deleted—likely to cover up the misconduct I experienced. On May 28th, I contacted this company after losing my car key down a drain. A technician arrived quickly and assured me he could provide a replacement. Because my vehicle is a 2023 model, he explained he didn’t have the necessary equipment to create the key himself but claimed he would obtain one from the nearest Mazda dealership. He quoted me approximately $330. For context, the dealership confirmed their price for a brand-new programmed key is $250, but I anticipated a service fee and agreed to the technician’s quote. When he returned, he provided what he claimed was a dealership key. It turned out to be an aftermarket key that is not fully compatible with my
