Refuse this company at ALL costs of your warranty provider tries to use them. And do NOT use them in your own. They never have any times you are available open, in fact it took them over a month and me calling multiple times to even get an appointment. Open ticket for over 2 months on a microwave. Still not fixed they didn’t even want to take photos for the warranty company. In fact they did not upload the pics I made them take per warranty company. Trying to say it’s the magnets, when I physically was in front of microwave when it caught on fire at front corner door. They do not respond to messages. They no show. And today they called saying they were on the way, pulled into driveway, parked, stepped out of truck and then got back and in and took off. No call no knock on door. I had to ca

Called me 3 times rapid fire succession - didn’t leave a message. I called back and couldn’t get through. This should be fun. We’ve asked them previously to leave a message. Nope. They’ll just tell your warranty they didn’t reach you but called three times. Please stop doing this. Update: finally got a hold of someone who was not friend or kind (to be fair I returned the energy). I emailed and asked that they don’t call me 3 times in a row and have yet to receive an acknowledgment. HOWEVER: Sam was my service tech and he was amazing. He told me to call him directly if I have any more problems. I appreciate him even just listening to my concerns.

this company is awful. Had a technician come out for our dishwasher that wasn't working properly. Immediately blamed it on a mouse problem due to some mouse droppings under our dishwasher and said our warranty company wouldn't cover it. Fast forward to now, our oven is literally catching fire when I cook, setting off our carbon monoxide detector. Our warranty company sent out the same technician. He said it was our propane companies problem and to call them. I had our propane company come out and troubleshoot everything, to which they said it was working perfectly on their end. The technician then said he needed to order a part, waited two weeks, to then have him show up and say he can't install the part without another person. Waited another week for anyone to call me and reschedule. Fina

The office was rude, uncooperative. I was available 7 days a week except Wed./Fri from 2 to 4. They refused to schedule, said they only serviced my area from 1-6. I was not allowed to secure an Apmt. My Home Warranty Company was able to schedule my appointment on a Friday from 4 to 6 with a promise to call when on the way. 2 men arrived at 2:26 in an unmarked vehicle demanding entrance. They called while in front of my house and left when I tried to make alternate arrangements since they did not adhere to the agreed appointment. Both men were rude and condescending This company is unreliable and unprofessional.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They have set the benchmark for incompetence of management, and work. If you want your to NEVER get fixed work with them. I have a 3 appliance repair open with them via my home warranty provider, and for 60 days now, and none of the appliance have been fixed, and they are telling the Home warranty company that the appliance are fixed. They never show-up on appointments, if they do, they show-up on their own time outside appointments. They didn't even bother to show-up on appointment I setup via my home warranty company. On top of that they never pickup the call and never return the voicemail messages.
