Oscar did two houses for us at a very reasonable price. He is a hard worker and cares about customer satisfaction. He took the extra time to clean out our very dirty gutters and wash the house, windows and surrounding areas before he left. I would highly recommend using him.

We hired Oscar to power wash our roof & rain gutters today & he did an excellent job. We live in a neighborhood near agriculture/orchard land & we get a lot of dirt buildup on everything outside. We had put it off for too long to the point we had patches of algae/grass on the roof & completely clogged rain gutters & downspouts. Oscar did a very thorough cleaning job - our roof is clean as I've ever seen it since we bought the house 15 years ago & our rain gutters actually work again instead of overflowing (it was actually raining the day of our appointment & Oscar still got up on the roof to do his work). Oscar offered a fair price, delivered excellent customer service, was punctual & efficient, and I would be happy to recommend his services.

My tile roof had probably not been cleaned in 30 years and winter magnified the buildup. Oscar did a great job cleaning the roof on a very drizzly day. He assured me his experience and technique would keep him safe on the roof in addition to good boots. My roof looked like new and he cleaned up all overspray…even at my neighbor’s. I’d use his services again.

Early this week, I had Oscar pressure wash my roof and the exterior of my house. I have lived in my house in Turlock for 24 years and never had my concrete tiles cleaned.
