Evolution Heating & Cooling

Our AC unit quit working on a Saturday of Labor Day long weekend. It was gonna be a 3 digits temperature for the next 3 days. I sent out an SOS calls to at least 3 companies to work on my AC. Enrique from Evolution was the 1st one to reach out to me & scheduled an estimate visit. Enrique showed up on Labor Day to give me an estimate. I asked him why even show up on a holiday? His response was a simple "We have to adjust to your schedule". That impressed me. We made a deal & gave him my business. He sent his guys on Tuesday at 7am & they worked nonstop till 3 pm & cold air started flowing by 4pm. That was a relief. I would definitely hire this company again for any of our HVAC needs. Our repair person's name was Enrique. He was timely and very efficient explained everything did not mind me looking and was very clear about what he needed to do including costs. He quickly let the pilot changed my filter and offered products in a very respectful way. He was not pushy but very informative and polite. He was quick and very efficient we now have heat thank you very much!!! God bless your business!

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service your company provided. After a thorough inspection from Enrique, we discovered that we had holes in our ducting. His crew arrived at our house the next day and replaced all of our ducts in one day. This was not an easy task, as all of our ducting is located underneath our home.
