1040 Olin Ave Parking

This is the WORST setup ever. I’ve been waiting to get out of the garage at 9pm for over 15m. This is unacceptable, why am I paying to park and then not able to leave in a timely fashion. Please fix the exit process.

I parked here and had a QR code from a local business to cover my parking. The machine wouldn't read it, and it charged me to exit - yes, I paid it through my applepay because there was a whole line of cars behind me waiting to get out as well, and there was only this one machine to pass through to exit. As another reviewer noted, it was definitely not a good scenario, and no live people anywhere to talk with or help disperse traffic in a better way.

The price seems increased recently to $3 per hour after 2hrs. But is not reflected in the pricing rate on the wall. Also Apple Pay seems removed from there online payment system.

The automatic plate system is non functional. Charged me $10 because it couldnt find my cars records. I didnt even park since the lot was full and seems like most of it is reserved for employees now.

The service from the person who works at the main exit Monday through Wednesday is terrible, completely offensive, and absolutely terrible. You pay $20 a month, and they still charge you when you want to leave. Terrible system.
