Would give 0 stars if I could. First of all, the garage was so steep and my car bottomed out. Second of all, most of the available parking spots were halfway covered with poles. My car is quite small but I had a hard time squeezing in. Third of all, the garage says it’s 2 way traffic but it is not wide enough for 2 cars. Fourth of all, there is no elevator or clear exit to the street so we had to walk in the driving lanes to exit (which I mentioned above is barely wide enough for one car let alone 2 plus a pedestrian). Lastly (but most importantly), this garage closes at 11pm and when they close, they CLOSED the door so no one could get in or out. I live about an hour away and showed up at 11:03pm to get my car. The garage was closed down and there was no one to help me. I called the help

Terrible garage with even worse management. Avoid any garage run by Metropolis—there are no attendants, and their support line is shockingly rude. This particular location has no interior stairs or elevator. The only way out is up what might be the steepest ramp in D.C. I slipped and fell on the painted ground—it’s that dangerous. If you’re carrying anything, have a child, or use a wheelchair, this setup is unacceptable and likely a code violation. Truly disgraceful design and oversight.

By far the worse parking garage I’ve encountered. Parked there over the weekend with a load of photography gears and none of the elevators to exit the garage were available. We had to push the load in a cart up those steep underground hills! We were told security left already. But you are not made aware of this upon entering. They take your money and allow you to park, just to play hide and go seek looking for an exit. When we approach the attendant about his issue, he asked if we would like to remove our vehicle and park somewhere else. 😳 Had to drop the issue to protect our vehicle. NEVER AGAIN! Wish there was an option for no stars!

When you pull in there is a sign that says check in here. No one was there. A second sign says call this number. So I called, no answer. I parked then the attendant was there. So I told him I wanted to park. We also had words back and forth about him being there previously. Seriously it looked closed and he was not there and he told me he was. Get this... he said he need my keys for overnight. What in the fresh hell is this? Sketch city. So I freaking had to valet at my hotel. Damn.

Good parking. Be prepared to walk if you end up parking on the lower levels.
