Avoid! No attendant to assist you when the lift bar won't operate or the ticket machine is not reading your ticket or payment. Only one and the same entrance/exit - huge problem when one vehicle has an issue and cannot back out or is broken down. No guarantee of a parking space so you're out of luck if you enter and will need to pay even though you didnt use them. Extorts you for money if you lose your ticket!

This parking garage has been a consistent, reliable, clean, safe location. I've spent the last two years parking my car here, and I appreciate the customer service both online and through their in-person kiosk, that gives you a LIVE person! Management (David) has also been responsive and courteous to my requests. It's also great that it's connected to other buildings- like The One. Highly recommend! - Ashley Abbott

If you’re a tenant in the building, or buying monthly parking, beware. LAZ oversells spots in this garage regularly.

Garage does not work with spothero. I tried to scan the QR code as per the instructions, it didn't work. And noone's answering after office hours at spothero or garage - essentially leaving me without any parking spot at the middle of the night. Worst experience ever.

Literally the most incompetent people run this parking garage. Have had endless issues with the gate access and bill payments. Getting in contact with anyone to fix the issues is hard too. I would highly recommend parking anywhere else if you have the option
