We parked here for 5 continuous days. Unfortunately, our car wouldn't start when we were ready to leave. But the manager (Menfes?) along with a few other employees, were right there to help us and basically keep us company. They gave good suggestions to try, and generally kept our spirits high while dealing with this stressful situation. We waited for a tow/jump for over 3 hrs! During that time, Menfes checked on us and kindly let me use the bathroom. After waiting over 3 hrs for help to arrive, AN ANGEL 😇 said "Im going to get my car, ill give you a jump" Our car started immediately and we were on our way. Now, several days later, we forget how hot it was while we were waiting, and instead only remember the kindness shown to us by this amazing Menfes and his team. Its rare to find some

Read the fine print on hours, and even then the hours of garage are outside the hours of building, so be prepared to walk down ramps if you make it in time. Don't trust pictures in reviews or text, verify before you book. Had to beg security to let me get car out "after hours"

Great parking! Very solid rates for the location. Shoutout to the security guard on duty the other night too; I didn’t properly heed the lockup time for the garage (10pm for weekends), and I thought my car would be stuck inside overnight. Security guard was super nice and let me go down to get my car. All in all, bit of a scare there, but only $10 for several hours

This parking garage charges $24 dollars a day to park there, but there aren't very many other options around. We had to pay to stay at our hotel across the street, as there is little to no free parking at National Harbor. Street parking is $3 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours so you're kind of stuck. If you want in/out privileges, it's over $50 a day. So you really have to stay put once you're there.

Hours aren't right. Will hold your car hostage if not m-f 8-5
