I reserved this garage via SpotHero. But on that day, there was an event going on and there was no parking spot in this garage. I found the fact that no space after booking it and entering the garage. This garage doesn’t keep your reservation. And SpotHero doesn’t refund it. $20 for nothing. Don’t book this place with SpotHero. Customer support is useless too. If you want to use this garage, just walk in to see if there is available space.

AVOID AT ALL COST. The garage closes at midnight, and the employees refused to let me and another person into the garage to get our cars. The phone number posted outside the garage is a hit or miss since you have to try calling multiple times for the connection to establish. I used SpotHero and tried calling the support team for help, but their call center closed at midnight and so I had to take the metro back home.

Do not park here! I paid for my spot through SpotHero, then it double charges you. Arrived back at the garage at 1:30 am. Posted time says garage is open until 3 am. Called the number and was told they are operators and can’t do anything and there is not number to transfer you to. I was told I’d have to wait until the garage opened at 8 am to get my car. The sign said it opens at 9 am. Poorly run garage was left stranded in DC until a security guard let me in the building.

Sign says it closes at 3 am. It closes at midnight! We were unable to get our car out until the next day, and then they tried to charge us another $97.

Pricing not visible until too late to turn around. Unable to access elevator on return. I plan to never use this garage again.
