I drove an hour and a half to DC for a work conference. Once I got back to my car at 7:53 on a Friday night I found out the parking garage was closed and my car will be locked until Monday. Now I’m having to take an Uber, an hour and a half home with me and a child having no transportation until I’m forced to Uber back to DC on Monday to pick up my car. This parking garage forces you to pay through an app which should definitely come with the a pop-up or some type of notice that lets people know their parking garage closes earlier than any other garage with a block of them. And that they do not open over the weekend. This is extremely and convenient and should probably be criminal.

Dont EVER park here. They close their gates at 7pm and you will be left with your car locked in the garage. Especially on a Friday night, your car will be locked up until Monday morning.

Don’t ever park here. They close up at 8 PM and will not let you back in or unlock their gate for you, and if you’re there on a Friday night, you have to wait until Monday to get the car back. You’re better off taking an Uber.

Once you registered your car in the parking garage-there is no headache about parking and they are open at 6:30, which is very convenient.

Worst experience ever. They was charging me for days they were closed. I called the company and was told I couldn’t get any assistance with opening the game on the weekend. I parked there Friday and customer service was useless.
