1305 Stewart St Parking

Parking was ok, but felt uneasy leaving my vehicle there unattended, because of strong presence of homeless people nearby. I wasn't completely clear how to setup for paying, as I got confused what the process was. I thought part of the process was to also put lot number where vehicle is parked. Could not figure that out. I did recheck tag number as instructed. I didn't feel safe leaving vehicle getting dark outside, so I ended up moving my vehicle sooner then I had originally planned. A lot of lots, the parking location slot numbers were either nonexistent, or barely showing anything, that couldn't make out what the number suppose to be.
