Convenient garage parking near downtown attractions This garage is operated by One Parking at 1350 I Street NW in Washington, DC. It is right in the heart of downtown and very near the White House, Farragut Square, and close to the National Mall or other sites. We used SpotHero to reserve our spot ahead of time, which made it simple. This also meant that there was no guessing if there'd be availability during our visit. The app let us book, pay in advance (rates around $20-40 for several hours or all-day, often with discounts). It shows you the entrance view and gives you entry instructions (QR code or license plate recognition for smooth access).Pulling in was easy. It was just like the app showed and had clear signage. Safe, clean, polite staff, and with good rates and long hours. They have an elevator/stairs to get out, but I'm leaving off a star because the hallway that lets you OUT of the building locks and does not let you back IN the same way you came out, so to return to your car you have to walk all the way down the ramp entrance for cars; it wasn't a problem for our group, but something to keep in mind for disabilities.

Updates to the hours of operations pricing. The attendant didn't seem too well spoken when we asked questions but calling the number seem to yield better results. It seems you can only use the elevator to get out of the parking deck, but you can't go back in the same way. You would have to walk into the car entrance to get to the nearest elevator. No padetrian path. Ceiling is really low. If you have a truck, van or SUV, make sure nothing is on top.

I recently parked here. I booked through SpotHero, and while I had no major issues with the convenience or booking process, I found a few (2) screws on the ground in my parking space. They were scattered in and around the spot I parked and I was concerned that they could have punctured my tire. Thankfully, after almost 8 hours of parking, I didn’t notice any pressure loss or visual damage, but it definitely made me worry about potential tire damage. I think it would be a good idea for the owner to inspect the spaces for any hazards like this in the future to ensure that all parking spots are safe and free from debris. Presence of screws on the ground in a closed garage, is extreme negligence at the best...

The attendants here are USELESS and provided NO service. They told me to park in a spot and told me they will ensure no other cars block mine as I will park there the whole day. But apparently when I came back my car was blocked and the taking over attendant told me they can do NOTHING but to wait (yes, not even help to check whose car is there and if EVEN try helping contacting the owner). If you can do NOTHING then why do you work here?? If you don't have to use the garage, don't use it. If you do have to, make sure you park somewhere won't be block by other car. Ofc, expect other unpredictables.
